Dick Lugar: The Presidency is serious business. 

The Presidency is not entertainment. The President is Commander-in-Chief. 

He is that person most responsible for the security of all Americans.

I believe that public trust is fundamental in a Presidency. 

Trust really has to be earned by a lifetime of performance ad experience. 

Trust is not easy to come by, but it is essential in the Presidency.
