priority list. And it's going to be maintained that way.

crucial in that troubled region in the world, vital to all nations on earth.
Narrator: Yet even an expenditure of 136 billion dollars a year on the most
modern weapons, does not bring the final security. The final security
comes only when nations eventually reach out to touch each other.
